Price List For Best Workforce Services

1. DOMESTIC CLEANING PRICES AND CONDITIONS:

£21 – per hour weekly

£20 – per hour fortnightly

Pay in advance for your cleaning in 3 month blocks and pay £18.00 per hour

Pay in advance for a 6 month block and pay £17.00 per hour

There is a minimum requirement of 3 hours per session at the rate of £21.00 per hour weekly or 4 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £20.00 per hour.

Monthly cleaning require a minimum of 6 hours per session at the price of £18.00 per hour.

For far away places from cities and near by towns not easily accessible the prices varies

2. IRONING SERVICE PRICE DETAILS

£22.00 – per hour weekly

£1 per item when included with domestic cleaning

IRONING SERVICES

There is a minimum requirement of 3 hours per session at the rate of £20.00 per hour weekly or 3 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £21.00 per hour. Monthly cleaning require a minimum of 3 hours per session at the price of £17.50 per hour.

3.OFFICE CLEANING PRICE DETAILS

£25.00 – per hour. 

OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES

There is a minimum requirement of 3 hours per session at the rate of £23.00 per hour weekly or 3 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £22.00 per hour.

Monthly cleaning require a minimum of 3 hours per session at the price of £20.00 per hour.

4.ONE OFF DEEP CLEAN PRICE DETAILS – COMMERCIAL RATES

5hrs –  £250 ( £50 per hour )

6hrs –  £270 ( £45 per hour )

7hrs –  £280 ( £40 per hour )

8hrs –  £304 ( £38 per hour )

9hrs –  £288 ( £32 per hour )

10hrs – £300 (£30 per hour)

11hrs – £308 ( £28 per hour )

ONE-OFF CLEANING

There is a minimum requirement of 5 hours per session for a one off cleaning.

END OF TENANCY CLEANING / MOVE-IN CLEANING / MOVE-OUT CLEANING

Our End of Tenancy Cleaning can be charged at hourly rate to suit individual needs. Please contact us for a quote. 

There is a minimum requirement of 6 hours cleaning time

For additional bathrooms/kitchens/sitting areas/dining rooms/conservatory or extra rooms prices differ. Properties which are houses is have prices increase. All prices quoted above are for standard size properties. The prices are subject to change depending on condition of your property and the task to be carried out. For houses price will increase by £50

6.DEEP SPRING CLEAN PRICE DETAILS

6hrs – £200

7hrs – £250

8hrs – £300

DEEP / SPRING CLEANING

We normally require an inspection visit you to access the cleaning needs and to  achieve the best service suited for you. The above prices quoted normally reduces depending on the work involve.

If you have additional bathrooms/kitchens/sitting areas/dining rooms/conservatory or extra rooms prices will differ.  

If we provide all cleaning materials and equipment required to complete the job prices will differ. 

There is a minimum requirement of 6 hours per session for a one off cleaning.

7.AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING PRICE DETAILS – COMMERCIAL RATES

6hrs –  £170/ 1 Cleaner

7hrs –  £199 per1 cleaner

8hrs –  £218 per 1 cleaner

9hrs –  £235 per 1 cleaner

10hrs – £250 per 1 cleaner

11hrs – £263 per 1 cleaner

12hrs- £274 per 1 cleaner

13hrs -£283 per 1 cleaner

14hrs – £290 per 1 cleaner

AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING

There is a minimum requirement of 6 hours per  1 cleaner session for this service.  

Please you need to determine and tell us the number of cleaners you need. If you have additional bathrooms/toilets, kitchens/dinners, receptions/rooms or we  provide all cleaning materials and equipment required to complete the job prices will differ. 

8.HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES

£25.00 – per hour weekly

£26.00 – per hour fortnightly

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

There is a minimum requirement of 2.5 hours per session at the rate of £25.00 per hour weekly or 3 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £26.00 per hour.

Monthly housekeeping require a minimum of 3 hours per session at the price of £24.00 per hour. 

9.SHARED / COMMUNAL AREA CLEANING PRICE DETAILS

£22.00 – per hour weekly

£23.50 – per hour fortnightly

TENEMENT CLEANING

2 landings – 4 staircases – £80

3 landings – 6 staircases – £90

4 landings – 8 staircases – £100

SHARED AREA / COMMUNAL AREA CLEANING

There is a minimum requirement of 2.5 hours per session or a 2 landing communal area,  at the rate of £32.00 per hour weekly or 3 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £31 per hour. Monthly cleaning requires a minimum of 3 hours per session at the price of £30 per hour. 

10.DOMESTIC HELPER  / HOME SUPPORT PRICE DETAILS 

£25 – per hour weekly

£26 – per hour fortnightly

DOMESTIC HELPER / FOOD SHOPPING / PARTY HELP / COMPANIONSHIP / HOME SUPPORT / HOUSE SITTING / PET SITTING

There is a minimum requirement of 2.5 hours per session at the rate of £25 per hour weekly or 3 hours per session fortnightly at the rate of £24 per hour. Monthly cleaning requires a minimum of 3 hours per session at the price of £24 per hour. 

NOTE: FOR ALL THE PRICES LIST LISTED 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 above the prices change if we supply the cleaning materials, also if you require additional rooms to be cleaned the price will change. Please call us if you will like to discuss price.
